Terms of Service

This website is operated by Solari Care. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance of skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Patch test before use, follow the directions, and stop use if irritation occurs. Packaging may vary from the images shown.

Pricing, sales and orders

Prices are in US dollars. Sale prices and promotions are available for the period stated and may end without further notice once that period is over. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error; if we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Discounts

Bundle discounts apply automatically in the cart and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.

Money-back guarantee, refunds and shipping

All orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solari Care isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
