Refund policy

30-Day Glow Guarantee

We want you to love your Solari Care ritual. If you're not happy with your results, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund for the product price.

How to request a refund

  1. Email info.ajvagency@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about your experience.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days to confirm your refund.
  3. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund for the affected items.

Shipping Protection

Orders with Shipping Protection are covered against loss, theft and damage in transit. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll reship or refund your order. Shipping Protection itself is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened products, so you don't need to send them back to get a refund under our guarantee. Limit one guarantee refund per customer per product.
